2. Nature of Our Services

We provide custom digital services including website design, development, mobile app development, and related work. As these are bespoke, time-intensive services, refunds are governed strictly according to the terms outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances only:

• Project not started: If we have not yet commenced work and you request cancellation, a full refund of any advance paid will be issued within 7 business days.
• Failure to deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work within the agreed timeline without a valid reason, a partial or full refund proportionate to the undelivered work may be issued.
• Duplicate payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications
• The client changes their mind after project commencement
• Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, or feedback)
• Change in business strategy or direction by the client after work has begun
• Dissatisfaction after unlimited revisions have been provided per the agreed scope
• Domain, hosting, third-party tool, or subscription costs paid on behalf of the client

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@getmeonlinebiz.in with your project details and reason for refund. We will review your request within 5 business days and communicate our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where work is partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work delivered versus the total agreed scope, at our sole discretion.
