1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Get Me Online Biz Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Get Me Online Biz provides digital services including website design and development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, CRM development, SEO, and related services. The scope of any specific engagement is defined in the project proposal or agreement signed between both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete project briefs and requirements
• Respond to communications within agreed timelines
• Provide all necessary content, assets, and access in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within defined review periods
• Ensure the information provided does not infringe any third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, 50% is due upon project commencement and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Delays in payment may result in project pauses.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created for them. Get Me Online Biz retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests confidentiality in writing.

Third-party components, stock assets, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Scope changes requested after project commencement may result in revised timelines and additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Get Me Online Biz's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
