Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

Get Me Online Biz provides digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods. All deliverables — including website files, design assets, app builds, reports, and source code — are delivered electronically via email, shared cloud storage (Google Drive), or direct deployment to client servers.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are specified in the project proposal and confirmed before project commencement. Typical timelines:

• Landing Page: 3–7 business days
• Business Website: 10–21 business days
• Ecommerce Store: 14–30 business days
• Mobile App: 45–90 business days
• Custom Software / CRM: As per agreed scope

Timelines begin after receipt of the initial payment and all required project materials from the client.

3. Delays

Delivery delays may occur if the client is late in providing content, feedback, or approvals. Get Me Online Biz will notify the client of any delay on our end as soon as reasonably possible and provide a revised timeline.

4. Delivery Method

• Design mockups and prototypes are shared via Figma links or PDF documents
• Website files are deployed directly to the agreed hosting environment or shared via a zip archive
• App builds are delivered via TestFlight (iOS), Google Play (Android), or APK download
• Source code is delivered via a private GitHub repository or zip archive

5. Acceptance

The client has 5 business days from delivery to review the final deliverable and raise concerns. If no concerns are raised within this period, the deliverable is considered accepted.
